Eligibility for Returns.
At Libriffy Bookstore, we accept returns for paperback books under the following conditions:
- The book has printing errors
- The book was damaged during shipping

Return Process.
If you receive a damaged paperback book or one with printing errors:
- Contact us at returns@librify.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include your order number and a description of the damage or error in your email.
- We may request photographic evidence to process your return more efficiently.
Refund or Replacement Options.
Upon verifying the damage or error, you can choose between:
- A replacement copy of the same book (subject to availability)
- A full refund for your purchase
Processing Timeframes.
For Exchanges:
- Exchanges typically take 14 days to complete:
- 7 days for our team to verify and prepare your replacement
- 7 days for delivery
For Refunds:
- If we cannot provide an exchange within 14 days, we will issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
